Postage & Packaging: Dispatched within a working day of payment clearance. We operate and dispatch Mon-Fri. Normally items will be delivered within 2-3 working days from dispatched date. Most of our items are dispatched via XDP Express, TMF Logistics, Myhermes, as all your purchase will be dispatch updated with tracking code. Also mostly we offer next day delivery but due to high volume it may be get delayed by 1/2 days. ONE MAN DELIVERY (LESS THAN 50 KG)
We dispatch your order on the same day, if order placed before 12 noon (sometime we may need to carry out your payment verification and might delay, which is very rare). Once item dispatched it will delivered to you by next 2-3 days. You will receive our best customer service and from the courier company, prior call, emails and text message (if possible) to book your delivery date and time. We request you to provide your primary contact number regarding, so you won't miss our call. Top of that you will be provided online Track & Trace code, which will give you easy access and update of your delivery online.
TWO MAN DELIVERY SERVICE (ABOVE 50 KG)
We dispatch your order within 2-3 days (sometime we may need to carry out your payment verification and might delay, which is very rare). Once item dispatched it will delivered to you by next 3-7 days. You will receive our best customer service and from the courier company, prior call, emails and text message (if possible) to book your delivery date and time.
